Hi, I'm Gab! I'm finishing my graphic design program at La Cité Collégiale in Ottawa, and I'm always looking for new concepts to explore. I'm constantly eager to learn and push the boundaries of design by experimenting with fresh ideas. My dream? To travel the world, soak in everything I discover, and bring unique and inspiring projects to life. And of course, when I'm not creating, I immerse myself in the world of Harry Potter, which I'm a huge fan of!
Creative process
My creative process always starts with an inspiration and analysis phase, where I explore current trends, competitors, and various visual sources of inspiration. This helps me understand the client's expectations and the target audience, ensuring that my design perfectly reflects the intended message. I also enjoy creating a moodboard to clarify the visual direction from the very beginning.
Next, I move on to design and exploration. I create quick sketches to test multiple ideas, then develop digital prototypes where I experiment with colors, typography, and layouts. I select the most promising concepts, refine them, and present them to the client to gather feedback and make adjustments as needed.
Finally, I enter the refinement and finalization phase, where I fine-tune every detail to ensure the design is harmonious and consistent across all platforms. Once I'm satisfied with the final result, I prepare the files in the required formats and ensure a smooth and professional delivery.
